Take a Public Stand for Snowden

Do you support Edward Snowden? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

It's more important than ever that we lift up the voices working to empower citizens in the face of mounting threats to our freedoms. Ed didn't just warn us of the threats posed by enormous government power in the wrong hands - he acted, at great personal risk, to deliver that warning. Thanks to him, we're now better prepared to fight for our rights.

For International Human Rights Day on December 10, we're collecting messages of support for Ed, which we'll display in various ways in the coming weeks and months: on our website, on social media, in a gift we'll give to him directly, and in a public space in Washington, DC. (Stay tuned for a fun public action.)

In 140 characters or less, tell Ed why you support his act of conscience, and we'll do our best to use your message. Send it via email to thankyou@pardonsnowden.org, message us through Facebook, or tweet at us using the hashtag #PardonSnowden. Please include your first name somewhere in the message.
